My journey: From explorer to therapist

Hello, I'm Franz - industrial engineer, management consultant, entrepreneur,

Coach, breathwork facilitator, respiratory therapist, brother of three, uncle of five, simple partner and lover of Latin America and Spanish. My encounter with breathwork in Cape Town was a turning point that led me on a fascinating journey of self-discovery and healing. From random workshops to profound breathing journeys, each experience opened my eyes to the limitless possibilities of breathing.

A diverse background:

As an ADHDer diagnosed in my 30s, my journey has been full of challenges and discoveries. With a master's degree in industrial engineering, experience in management consulting, and a deep spiritual journey that ranged from ayahuasca sessions in the Amazon to Temazcal in Mexico City, I found peace through accepting my ADHD. Breathwork became my key to balance and equilibrium.

My specialization:

My expertise includes performance breathing for work and sport, health breathing for stress management and balance, as well as psychotherapeutic breathing through transformative breathing journeys. I offer individual sessions and weekly group sessions as well as tailored packages for specific needs such as burnout, ADHD, trauma or pain therapy.

My approach:

My philosophy is based on teaching, training and self-empowerment. I believe that the power to achieve your goals already lies within you - supported by your breath. No spiritual rituals, no substances, just you and your breath. Let’s walk this path of discovery and healing together.
